Mr. Cao Shunming, born in August 1974, holds a doctor’s degree in Law. He is currently serving as the assistant president, the chief compliance officer, the chief risk officer, the secretary of the board of directors of China Re. Before joining China Re, Mr. Cao served in People's Insurance Co. of China, PICC Asset Management Co., Ltd. and PICC Property and Casualty Co., Ltd.. Mr. Cao used to serve as the general manager of Internal Control, Compliance and Legal Affairs Department, an employee representative supervisor, the legal director, the general manager of Risk Management Department of China Re. He also served as the chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Huatai Insurance Agency.
